He pays us = (PK selling price × 0.89 − PKR 10,000) ÷ FX. That is Talha's own formula, read straight off his rate sheet. Ceiling = what you can pay at the hammer and still clear your margin after premium, freight, prep and any parts you must buy back.

A negative ceiling means the buyer's price cannot cover the cost of getting that machine to Lahore in that condition. It is not an error. It is the answer.

Where to buy

Twenty-nine US sellers, nearest first. The column that matters is whether they remarket at all. A shredder has no laptops to sell you however big it is, and a certified ITAD with a remarketing scope and no visible sales channel is a strong signal, not a weak one.
